There is NO law saying that homeschooling in CA is illegal. The California Dept. of Education is saying that it's illegal, but it's not. No laws have changed or been added. I printed out all the stuff regarding this so-called law & I'm going to make copies to give to the people who have been harassing me & telling me that I can not legally teach MY OWN CHILD!!! CA's {& the nation's} public schools are failing & they're worried about homeschoolers????
I agree with Thomas Jefferson about the role that gov't should have:
1) Defending the country
2) Foreign Affairs
3) Delivering our mail
